BEST BLENDER SALSA

Ingredients

  • 2- 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 fresh lime squeezed
  • 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • Sliced jalapeños 15-20 slices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules or 1 fresh garlic clove minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on low to desired smoothness.
  3. Best if you refrigerate for a couple hrs before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
