Easy Microwave Fudge

easy microwave fudge recipe.jpg

I originally posted this recipe for Easy Microwave Fudge way back in 2007 during my first year of blogging. The photo is the original photo I took for that blog post. Even though it’s a lower resolution due to the cameras from that year I still love the composition with the dark and light on each side and the stacked pieces of fudge. This year I’m making white chocolate with maraschino cherry version, a milk chocolate version, and a peanut butter version. Your family is going to love this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do each year! Merry Christmas!

  2. Cook in the microwave for 3 min. on high then stir.

  3. Cook another 3 min. on high then stir.

  4. Cook 2 min. on high then stir.

  5. Add vanilla, marshmallows, and chocolate chips

  6. Mix until melted.

  7. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

  8. Allow to set-up.

*Caution when making any candy in the microwave the bowl & the fudge mixture will be very hot!

Sweet & Simple Tips:
